Prepaid “As Of” Report
PREPAID “As Of” REPORT
On this report, you will be prompted to enter an “As Of Date” and the report will show by Billing Timekeeper, the matters that had a prepaid balance as of the date prompt. This report is commonly asked for by accountants at month and year end. The total on this report should balance to the PPD liability account on your balance sheet for any given month.
The report will also include the Date Open on the matter as well as the Status (Matter Status – Matter Lock Flag).
- O-0 = Open, Unlocked
- O-1 = Open, Locked to Expenses
- O-2 = Open, Locked to Time
- O-3 = Open, Locked to both Time and Expenses
- F-x = Final Billed
- C-x = Closed
The Prepaid “As Of” Report is offered on an “As Is” basis for just $175.00. The price includes one of our representatives to WebEx in with your to link the tables to Juris. NOTE: Any modifications to the report will be billable at $205/hr. You will also need to ensure you have a license of Microsoft Access version 2000 (or higher) installed on one of your workstations in order to run the report.
