VENDOR AND VOUCHER ANALYSIS

(There are actually 8 reports in this collection!)  These reports are excellent tools for monitoring your Vendor setup, and Voucher postings!

Within this module, you will have easy access to:

• View, search, sort and filter ALL your Vendors with the YTD Amounts Paid to them for a specified year
• View, search, sort and filter ALL your Vendors with the ITD (Inception to Date) Amounts Paid
• View, search, sort and filter only the Vendors with more than $600 paid in a specified year
• View, search, sort and filter the AP Payment Vouchers
• View, search, sort and filter the Trust Payment Vouchers

Want to make the 1099 process a little easier? The Vendor Analysis tools will help! Ever wanted to view all Payment Voucher postings by User by Date Range? The Voucher Analysis tools can do it!

Unlike in Juris\Vendor Inquiry where you are only able to view Vendor History one vendor at a time, using the Vendor Analysis tools, you will now be able to view all the Vendors at the same time for more comprehensive analysis.

The Vendor Analysis tools will help save time and money when it comes time to generate 1099’s in January. We have included certain key fields from the Juris data to help you easily identify any Vendors which have not been setup correctly so before you generate the Vendor 1099’s, you can review the Juris data to ensure all the applicable Vendor records have been setup with a complete Address, City, State, Zip, Tax ID Number. The fields shown below are searchable and filterable which provides you the ability to narrow down the data so the results are tailored to meet your needs. You also have the capability to Copy and Paste all results into Excel for further analysis and formatting!

For the first time ever, using the Voucher Analysis you will now be able to filter and view (both Paid and Unpaid) the AP and Trust Payment Vouchers by either the Invoice Date entered on the Voucher, or by the Voucher Date. We included the option for filtering on both dates for those clients who are on an Accrual Basis for Accounts Payable, or if you just want to check to see how timely the invoices are being entered from the date of the actual invoice. Simply Right Click in any of the available fields to Sort and/or Filter your results to your liking.

The fields shown below are searchable and filterable which provides you the ability to narrow down the data so the results are tailored to meet your needs. For example, you can use the AP Voucher Listing by Invoice Date Range tool if you wanted to review the AP Voucher postings, by User (or not), for accurate GL Distribution postings by Vendor for a specified Invoice date range. Save time reviewing the General Ledger for posting errors by GL Account, since you can review the GL postings by Vendor.

We also created the same views for the Trust Payment Vouchers. The Trust Voucher Listing by Invoice Date Range is a valuable tool if you wanted to view the Trust Voucher details for all the Trust Applied via Edit Prebills to the FIRM Vendor by the Bill Date (Invoice Date) so you can monitor which clients have recently had Trust Applied to a bill in the event there ever is a question and you need to quickly generate the detail.

Also included within the Trust Voucher Analysis, is the Trust Voucher Listing by Client ID where you now will have the ability to view all Trust Vouchers by Client.

The fields shown below are searchable and filterable which provides you the ability to narrow down the data so the results are tailored to meet your needs. For example, you can use the Trust Voucher Listing by Client ID if you wanted to review the Trust Voucher postings, by User (or not), for a specified date range, by Client. This is similar to the Trust Ledger History by Client but different because you can view and filter on the Trust Vouchers, and not just by Trust Check.

The Vendor and Voucher Analysis is offered on an “As Is” basis for just $350.00. The price includes one of our representatives to WebEx in with your to link the tables to Juris, and to show you how to Filter and Sort the results. NOTE: Any modifications to the reporting module will be billable at $190/hr. You will also need to ensure you have a license of Microsoft Access version 2000 (or higher) installed on one of your workstations in order to run the report.
