Tracee V. Mommers, nee Tracee V. Moecker, President and Founder of Firm Options, Inc., has more than 25 years of experience working with successful Law Firms in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Missouri, California, Washington, Virginia, Puerto Rico and the Cayman Islands. Tracee has led these firms through start-up, survival, turnaround, and growth phases.
With a strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, Tracee has been responsible for the organizational development of many firms. She has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, cash management, accounting and internal controls. Legal Bill Auditing fee reductions have resulted in a 70% increase in profits for her clients, while improving overall productivity and client confidence.
Tracee has spent 10 years as Vice President of Juris Southeast Sales and Services, Inc. providing financial services, law firm management consulting and support to firms using the Juris® Accounting software. Her understanding of law firm procedures encompasses a wide variety of practice areas including, Medical Malpractice Defense, Worker’s Compensation Defense, Personal Injury, Immigration, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Probate, and Commercial Litigation firms.
